Blogmas day 24 ~ The Christmas Collab

Hello everybody,

Today I have a collab post with the lovely aloha its lily and we are doing the Christmas post.

So I found the questions on YouTube and these are a mash up of the questions so these questions are not mine and credit goes out to everybody on YouTube who has done these questions.

So now that disclaimer is done I will get on with it!
1.What is your favourite holiday movie?
My favourite holiday movie has to be Elf you cannot beat elf it is just to funny!
I actually did a top 10 Christmas movie post during blogmas this year and there is a list of many more holiday movie faves.

2. What are your favourite Christmas colours?
I am very traditional with my fave Christmas colours and I love red, green, gold and silver.

3.Do you like to stay in your pjs on Christmas or dress up?
I like to stay in my pjs until around 12 and then I usually wear either new clothes if I have any or I wear my Christmas jumper just to be in the spirit of things.

4.If you could buy only one person a present this year who would it be?
I honestly could not chose this and I really had to think about it but I would probably get my brother a present as my mum and dad I could not give one a present and not the other.

5.Do you open your presents on Christmas eve or Christmas morning?
Christmas morning

6.Have you ever built a gingerbread house?
No I have not but I have eaten one.

7.What do you like to do on Christmas break?
I like to listen to Christmas songs
watch Christmas movies
see all my family
exchange gifts
eat

8. Fave Christmas smell?
My fave Christmas smell is the smell of lush snow fairy and so white I also love the smell of holy go lightly it is a spicy sort of cinnamon scent.

9.Fave Christmas meal and treat?
Fave Christmas meal is of course Christmas roast dinner and my fave treat is Christmas chocolates and shortbread.

That is all the questions!
I hope you enjoyed this post and I wish you all an amazing Christmas!

Blogmas day 22 ~ Lush review collab

Hello everybody,

Today I have a lush review post for you this is a collab with a new blogger I know called Casey her blog will be linked at the end of this post.

So anyways I will be reviewing the lush bubble bar called candy mountain (my fave lush Christmas bubble bar).

This is so worth the money and if you have never tried it you really are missing out and you should definitely try it. It gives so many bubbles and you don't have to use it all at once which is amazing because you can use it more than once and save the goodness of the candy mountain.

It is pink and white on the exterior and it is also a bit glittery but the glitter is very fine and makes the bath bubbles sparkle in the light.

Here it is :

I absolutely love it and you should definitely try it if you want a super bubbly amazing smelling bath!

Blogmas day 19 ~ Lush review collab

Hello everybody,

Today I have a collab with lovely lily from lilyblogsalot her link is at the end of this post.

So today I will be reviewing the lush Christmas so white bath bomb!

So white is gorgeous and is a huge bath bomb that is white on the outside mine has a few hints of colour on the outside though.

Then once you drop the bomb into the bath it fizzes away to reveal a really nice smooth white colour with sometimes hints of colour in the bath bomb.

So white is £3.65 and it is really good for the money!
The description lush gives on the product is:
Be the fairest of them in apple-scented waters as pure as the driven snow. Bathe in a white mist filled with crisp apple fragrance and a slow, melting rosy centre. Bergamot oil and rose absolute helps you feel calm and peaceful, while neroli oil and orange flower absolute revives your (Christmas) spirit.

I love this bath bomb here is a photo for you all

Blogmas day 18 ~ GIFT WRAPPING

Hello everybody,

Today I have a post telling you where I got wrapping supplies from.

So for the wrapping paper I bought it from Sainsbury's and bought the brown paper with red sparkly writing that says merry Christmas.

For decoration on the gifts I bought pretty much all of it from Wilkinson as they had so much so I bought a pack of bows in silver, red and white.

Then I bought a pack of white bells to attach to gift tags and they jingle on the present!

I also bought an accessory pack from Wilkinson for 2 or 3 pounds and this contains candy cane coloured twine then white and red twine.t also contains some red and white tartan ribbon and some white merry Christmas ribbon and it contains 3 brown gift tags with candy cane coloured ribbons.

In the card factory I got a pack 200 gift tags for £1 and they have all different designs and patterns and they come with string to attach to the tags.

I hope you enjoyed

Hello everybody,

welcome to blogmas day 16 and today I have a very exciting post for you all and it is going to be a diy treats collab with the lovely Sophia. Her blog will be linked at the end of this post and lets get into it!

Healthier snack

Okay so this first one is a healthier idea for a diy Christmas snack and it is pretzel and tomato reindeer!

so this idea is so simple to make and all you have to do is grab a tomato take the green stem part off then all you have to do is get 2 pretzels and stick them into the tomato for reindeer antlers and that is it for a much healthier snack this Christmas.

sweet snack

Okay so next is a nice idea for the people that like the sweet treats and it is popcorn and candy melts and sweets!
So all you have to do is lay out some popcorn on a Christmas themed tray then melt some colour/candy melts and drizzle the candy melts onto the popcorn I have green and red colour melts and they looked so good and festive.

Then throw in some sweets to spice it up I love sour patch kids!
I hope you enjoyed this post and check out Sophia's post here -> www.justsophia14.blogspot.co.uk

Okay so starting with the first cookie and this is going to be nutella Christmas trees!
Ingredients:
70g to 80g plain flour
1 egg
nutella 6 to 8 scoops

1. preheat oven to 180 degrees then start mixing nutella and flour and egg.

2. once mixed roll out into a dough and place in a rectangle shape onto baking paper lined tray.

3. Then bake for about 10 - 15 min until they are soft in the middle.

4. Then cut into Christmas tree shapes with cookie cutter then leave to cool and enjoy

Non bake cookies

Blogmas day 11 ~ Lush christmas review

Hello everybody today I have a review on the lush father Christmas bath bomb from the Christmas collection for 2015.

So the father Christmas bath bomb Is 3.65 in lush and it is quite a big bath bomb and it is definitely worth the money.
If you have never tried lush before and want to try a few different products at a time maybe you could try a Christmas gift box and the father Christmas bath bomb is included in quite a range of these packages.

So the bath bomb is red and white in colour on the outside and it has a father Christmas face carved into it, hence the name father Christmas.

Once this father Christmas has been dropped into the bath you begin to see a froth of red and white and then from the middle a bright green colour emerges from the inside. This makes the bath a really cool colour and makes your skin so smooth.

On the description lush gives for this bath bomb in the catalogue it says fill your bath with a jolly holly green colour and sweet, candy floss fragrance.
It is a nice toned down sweet scent that reminds me of the classic lush smells.

I hope you enjoyed this post and you should definitely check out this bath bomb.

Blogmas day 3 ~ Festive nail polish looks

Hello everybody and welcome to blogmas day 3! Today I have a festive nail polish look for you all.

So to get a festive nail look I stayed classic with a red all over my nail and my index finger silver glittery.

Base Coat
I normally always use a basecoat to protect my natural nails and today I used a Barry m base and top coat all over my nails.

colour 1
So for my colour 1 I used a red colour all over my nails this keeps in the theme of a Christmas colour. I used the rimmel 60 second nail polish In the shade 310 red carpet which is very fast drying and I love it.

colour 2
For colour two I used Maybelline silver glitter  from their colour show line in the shade 293. I used this on my index finger this adds more festivity to the look and makes it look really pretty and still traditional/classic.
You can also do this with gold or green glitter any Christmas coloured glitters !

Here is a lovely little pic of the nail polishes used apart from the base coat which I left upstairs !
